I read all reviews after I booked transportation through My Sedan and was extremely nervous. However, I couldn't have been more happy with the service/drivers. We were delayed 3 hours on our arrival flight and the driver was still waiting on us. Then on our return ride back to LGA our driver was early and waited on us to come down from our rooms. I will use this company again and again.

GREAT service. Everything was done perfectly. Although I had read the reviews both on Yelp and Google which reflected a lot of negatives especially relating to Costco Travel's bookings, we had just a perfect experience with both pickup and drop off instances. I would definitely recommend calling 2 days ahead to set up your arrival and departure at the same time.
Chris was the person who handled my call both times and was most courteous. Derek was our driver from the airport and certainly made our one hour drive much shorter by engaging in general conversation.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!! I had reserved a car for pick up at JFK to Midtown. Received a text stating driver was on his way, then a following text stating that driver was at pickup location (hmmm, both texts showed same time stamp.) Looked for car, license plate and car number. Nothing. Called driver's mobile number twice leaving messages. Nothing. Finally called original number on my confirmation form. Man who answered said driver had left because I was a no show. Then said that they checked my flight and then said that I had given them the incorrect flight information. I never

We got My Sedan through Costco . I called them today few hours ago to confirm our ride for tomorrow to the Newark airport .I spoke to Mickey who was extremely unprofessional and rude .He refused to pronounce or say my name almost like mocking it .I asked him for the managers name and he refused to share.After insisting few time he finally mentioned that his managers name was Nancy .He hung up my phone when I mentioned that I did not appreciate his unprofessionalism. While the car/driver was there for the pre-paid trip from JFK to our hotel in midtown, the My Sedan BAILED ON THE RETURN TRIP TO THE AIRPORT. When I called to find out where they were (I had booked online and then called that morning and was assured our trip was confirmed) they said because of Hurricane Henri coming in that night (pick up was supposed to be at 1:30) they couldn't secure a driver. Huh?
$100 is WAY too much for unreliable service between JFK and midtown. We ended up having our hotel call a service they use and the guy was there in 25 minutes and cost $75. And he was ON IT-

The absolute worst and most unprofessional service I have ever encountered in my traveling experience.
Unfortunately I had no choice in the matter due to a package booked through Costco (they have since been notified of this horrible vendor).
For airport pickup, no confirmation was provided, no car or details of pickup were given; multiple phone calls and long wait times finally a car came after over 45 minutes of waiting.
For departure even a worse experience. During confirmation I was told the car would come 4 hours prior to my flight departure time, I was given no explanation as to why such

Their service was provided with our Costco travel package and the service was horrible and I definitely would not recommend them. They left us at the airport for an hour before they finally picked us up. The driver did give us some great info, which was the only positive thing. Today, they were supposed to pick us up at 10:40 from our hotel, but didn’t arrive until 11:15. They gave us the run around on the phone several times, so we grabbed a cab to the airport, so we wouldn’t miss our flight.

Stay away from this business. I booked a trip through Costco and they used this vendor. Worse customer service. My experience with Nick, a person who said it was the supervisor was the worse ever. He was extremely rude. They give us the pick time of 6am for a 10am national flight in a 30 minutes drive and when I requested a later time he give me hell.
Think twice when you consider them, what Nick said was a recommended time was an order and I can't stretch how rude he was.

Used this service to schedule a pick up at the airport, thinking that although it is more expensive than a taxi or ride share it would be more convenient. Completely wrong. Despite having a confirmed reservation, the car was not waiting at the scheduled time, and it took 50 minutes for it to arrive. When it did arrive, the driver would not come to where we were waiting, but insisted that we come to him. The driver did not know our destination, and we had to direct him using google maps. The driver wore his mask with his nose uncovered. Absolutely do not recommend this company.

Driver picked us up at the airport at LaGuardia was on time and waiting for us. The our driver was very informative and told us about things on the way to our hotel how to get around was very very very nice. The driver on the way back was on time was very nice but evidently didn't speak English or understand because he didn't talk very much and didn't know what terminal or where to go when we got to the airport. All in all though it was an excellent experience.

Booked car 1 week in advance, JFK to Penn station one way. Plane and baggage were pretty much on time. Called at 2:17pm car arrived 2:55pm, I was advised 5-10 mins. Driver was excellent, dispatcher was terrible. Dispatcher lies. I stood outside terminal watching uber and lyft take away many rides while I stood there waiting.

My husband and I traveled to NYC last week and used My Sedan for the round trip from LaGuardia Airport to our hotel in Times Square. If I could give a 10 star rating I would. On Monday, on the return trip to LaGuardia, my husband left a backpack in the car. There were several electronic items and car keys in the backpack which totaled about $700 in value. The driver called us about 30 minites after drop off and offered to bring it back, but it was too late. Yesterday, we received the backpack which was shipped to us by Fed Ex. with everything in the bag, Thank you so much to everyone at My Sedan

Veronica Francis went above and beyond to help me feel safe and comfortable. Even though she didn't have to, she came with the driver to meet me where I was being picked up. The driver got us to the airport in record time and had already mapped it out so that he was taking the fastest route. Veronica then took me into the airport and took me through security. I had a bottle of olive oil, that I had bought as a gift for my mom, but they would not let me bring it past security. Veronica then offered to ship the olive oil for me, even though it would cost more money and more time on her

These guys are crooks. They affilliate with AirlyncNYC and they are a joke. I cancelled my trip 10 days before I needed to be picked up and have yet to have my money refunded. Please stay away from these guys and use ANY other service. Here is my most recent email asking for status.

I am resending this for the fourth time. On July 31st, I spoke with an agent who cancelled my reservation (after it had already been billed, and I was explicitly told by an agent before I booked that the card would be authorized, but not charged until I completed

We had great transportation from our hotel to the JFK airport. We were picked up at the Marriott in a clean Suburban by the friendliest driver (I can't think of his name right now). He answered questions we had and had a great sense of humor. He knew we new to the area so pointed out some things to us along the way. He was very attentive to my family also during the one hour drive. It was a nice drive. The price was reasonable and cheaper than taking an Uber. I think this was a better way to go and this was a professional, nicely dressed driver instead of just an Uber. We would use them again

Be careful. They advertise low prices BUT....get you in so called tolls, taxes and GRATUITIES! The base price for a sedan was 57.20 but the total came to 73 and 82 respectively from airport to hotel...to airport! I called for a breakdown...Tolls ONE way but not the other (HUH?) different tax numbers each way (HUH again) and the one that really got me....the TIP! Because it said gratuity not included my friend and I went ahead and tipped our drivers....20 bucks! The company added a 12 tip! I called and got the breakdowns....it is what it is....BUT I DO have to say the service was impeccable
