First time I went here, the PA came into the patient room and did not wash his hands. This is standard health care practice. When I requested he do so, he got defensive and dramatic about doing basic hygiene. Recently, I went into get a covid test. Instead of just doing a quick test like the pharmacies, this PA wanted my insurance, started taking my vitals, and asking about all my medications. All of this was inappropriate and none of their business. When I inquired, they said it was "their policy" for an office visit. After reiterating that I was not there for a check up and only required a covid

This use to be a very nice place to go. I called them on 1/2/2022 to see about getting my autistic son looked at because he had started to develop a cough and you could tell he was not feeling good. My son is semi verbal and can't tell us what is bothering him so we have to have him check out. Drive 30 minutes to get there my wife goes in because they said it was a 2 hour wait. She went in to get registered. Asked the person that we have an autistic son and doesn't were a mask and her response was if he doesn't were a mask he can't come in the building. Autistic kids are exempt from wearing masks

So thankful for the kind, caring staff and doctors here. Something that started as a cold for our 11 month old quickly worsened over the weekend and affected her breathing. We called an urgent care close to us and they showed no concern and had no time to see her. As soon as I called Beach Care, the receptionist said to bring her in. They spent several hours treating her and didn’t worry one bit that we were there beyond their closing time. They made sure she was well enough before we could go home and saw her again on Sunday to make sure she was improving. We highly recommend Beach Care

I truly feel like I was scammed and can say without a doubt my health was not a priority. There are far better local alternatives that provide better service and charge less.
Firstly want to say the nurse that I spoke with and the receptionist that I dealt with personally, were very courteous and my intention is not to condemn anyone other than the PA Paul Becton who decided he didn't want to do his job. The nurse who brought me back was chatting with me and telling me how there was nothing to worry about how, "we deal with this all the time". Then the PA shows up, he is in and out in about 2

I recommend NOT using this facility! My daughter was extremely sick and this was the closest place. I had grabbed her in a hurry and had no mask. This wasn’t intentional as I am very aware of COVID. However, before I could say anything the lady at the front desk opened the window and said I would have to leave until I had gotten a mask. I asked if I could get one or even buy one from them and she said no, that I would have to leave. Not once was my daughters health a concern. I tried one last time before leaving to mention she was very ill and the lady interrupted me again and said until I had

Went here twice now and both times the staff have been wonderful. From the women at the reception area, to the MA's, and the doctor I've seen both times. They always listened to my whole concern, asked pertinent questions, came back and explained their thoughts and treatment. I would recommend this office to anyone.

I have been a customer of theirs (primary care and also urgent) for largely 3 years. Yesterday I had the absolute worst experience there and will never return and do not advise anyone to seek treatment there. I had the most condescending and rude nurse who made me feel like a complete idiot because I could not remember the names of two of my medications. They prescribed them but it appears they potentially lost my medical records and the nurse acted like it was all my fault? She just made the rudest comments to me and would roll her eyes. Additionally, I found all of the random tattoos on her arms

This medical center is the answer to my prayers. Moved to the area a year ago & my biggest struggle has been finding primary medical care for my family. BeachCare is WAY MORE than just Urgent care. We didnt have to wait months for an appt. The doctors & staff are friendly & empathetic. Their range of services is incredible!

Visited 8/7/21. So thankful they were open and able to see me. Courteous and efficient from beginning to end. Staff was helpful and attending physician was so professional. Even though they were slammed he wasn't rushed in taking time with my care and concern and advice for healing. What could have been an unpleasant time was made bearable. Well done.

I took my special needs son gor COVID testing. Even though extremely busy, the staff was amazing, courteous, and #1. They spoke to him as the patient (normally with his special needs health care workers only address myself) they treated him with respect and kindness. Highly recommend their amazing care and staff! Thank you for a job well done
