Before I do business with anyone I like to see how interested they are in my needs. I called and schedule an appointment to have them help me with a small retirement account. I purposely told them the account was less than $100,000 to see how I would be handled. I was scheduled 2.5 weeks out and felt that $100,000 was not enough to get their attention. During the initial call the rep was not very engaging or interested . . I thought let me give them one more shot. I cancel my appointment and NOPE not one follow up call or email. So obviously, this place is only looking for big fish . . . how can
