Brookfield Assisted Living offers three locations in Arkansas with a history of providing excellence in support services and respite care in a peaceful environment. All locations are ground level and handicap accessible, complete with tranquil and inviting courtyards. Plus, we offer some of the largest assisted living apartments, including two bedroom units.
Choice of Available Suites; all include kitchenette, with microwave, refrigerator/freezer. Activities specifically designed by Activity Director to promote physical and mental stimulation in a positive manor according to functional level. Activities are offered to residents as a group activity/small group activity/one-on-one activity.
The Brookfield Assisted Living and Memory Care facilities at Oaktree is perched in the historic Ozark community of Hot Springs. The Brookfield at Oaktree is designed as a campus community with 41 Assisted Living Level II apartments, as well as an adjacent Certified Memory Care Center.
