Above ground jet pumps used to be the norm, then along came submersibles.

First off I have no experience as to the process of getting a well drilled so I called what I thought was a professional. I called carolina well to start the process and get the proper information needed to move forward with the well. They were completely incompetent from the start, and would not give me clear information as to get the proper permits. Acted like they just weren't interested in helping us from the beginning. Supposedly this company has been in business for a long time but their knowledge and unwillingness to help said otherwise. I just don't understand how a company can stay in

Great company to deal with. I would recommend using them for all your well needs. From the gentleman drilling the well to the gentleman installing the pump and finishing. Everyone was courteous and answered all my questions. This was my first well and hopefully my last but if I have any issues I will be calling Lynn and his crew to come do the repairs. Thank you for all your help.

We were new in the area, new about wells too. We were recommended to use their services. Results? It was going to be $4,000. Their machine broke, they went too deep without consulting us. Neighbors had wells (very close to us) at no more than 150 feet deep, we went more than 500 and had to pay $7,000!! No advise or consult to us. It's one year now and still waiting for their installation of an electrical plug for when it freezes. We have been calling and waiting for their answer. Please, try other company or just be aware of what could happen. Sorry they were nice, but it's about a good job done
