About Us Report
Cavanaugh's County Celtic got started about 20 years ago when I, Monica Cavanaugh, at the age of 50 decided to evaluate my life's dreams and ambitions. As far as my opening, I celebrate 20 years in 2020 and in my previous 23 years, I was a department head of several areas and a Supervisor, along with giftware in a local drug store.

I visited only once, years ago, on a cross country trip, quite by accident. It was a most memorable store that I wish I lived closer to so that I could visit frequently.
I was particularly impressed by the music selection. The owner was very knowledgeable and suggested bands I had never heard of, but now adore.
This shop is well worth a lengthy visit. Many products that you likely wouldn't find elsewhere. Great place to shop with really nice people.

Who knew that we'd find such a cute Celtic shop in Butte! It has a great variety of themed gifts, clothing and jewelry. Loved the selection of teas. The owner was very pleasant and we enjoyed chatting with her!

My experience here was amazing! The staff was kind, friendly and knowledgeable. We were there to get Ghillies for Irish dance. The owner was nice in helping us find the right size and given us hints and tips on the shoes.

Cavanaugh's is a gorgeous Irish store in Butte, Montana. It carries a variety of things directly from Ireland and also highlights Montana's Irish history. Monica, the store owner, is knowledgable and a genuinely friendly, welcoming person! My favorite items are the chocolates, tea, jewelry, and sweaters.
