I have dealt with Gronski Lehman off and on for at least a decade, I think. Every time, they have been on point. Fast, friendly and super efficient. I just added a second car on, it took me less than five minutes. The initial process of getting my first car insured was also painless. A few minutes on the phone, a few emails-done. My husband and I have been dealing with the Gronski Lehman Insurance Agency for more years than I can remember! Their staff is friendly and very willing to go above and beyond what you would ever expect to keep their customers informed and happy. One thing they do which is outstanding is letting their customers know if their is something they could change that would save them money on their policies. I have currently switched to erie due to their great prices for insurance. All the staff were very nice and helpful. The agent I dealt with is named Fallon. She was by far the best agent i have dealt with when it comes to insurance .She was amazing, helpful, organized and very professional. Be sure to ask for her when you stop in .

Well until recently I thought they were good but we had asked for an extension for repairs on our home and were told it should be fine. We didn't hear anything else so we assumed we got the extention until we received a letter in the mail that the policy was cancelled. When we called the agent basically said, oh yeah when I asked, they said no. He… never called and told us it was denied so we could try to make arrangements.
