I highly recommend this service company to anyone with appliance issues, I started managing an old restaurant in San Leandro and the previous owner had left the walk in cooler, unfortunately it was in the not-so-best shape. I spoke to Manni over the phone and he came to check it out to get a first hand look at what was going on. Getting the quote was quick and easy. They cleaned the coils, swapped the motors and components, and checked the Freon. They were awesome!!!

These folks are unprofessional and don't stand behind their work. They came in to fix my six month old True refrigerator. Told me it's leaking freon and that it's a special new kind so they will get in a few days. I called the company they sent their rep and we found out there was no leak, just had to reset a switch. So grossly misdiagnosed the problem.
Sent them home to fix my ac. They charged $350 for half an hour visit and the ac worked just a few hours. Called them again, and again, ac stopped working after a few hours. Then they kept telling me they would come to check but

I am very thankful for their work. They fixed my cooler the other guys couldn't. The job was long because it took about an hour or so to finish. The price was expensive that's why 4/5 stars.
The work was quality though. Going strong for more than a year now. Thank you again!

Our business was set to cater a few parties over the past weekend and we had over $5000 worth of food items in our walk in when it went down I called Indfoss and they were able to come check the very same day! They quickly explained to me what the problem was and resolved the issue all while charging me a reasonable price. I really appreciate the work they did and probably would have ended up paying more had I called another business. The team was very friendly, efficient and even called back to check on the walk in a few days after the service

Horrible customer service had mr. Singh come take a look at my fridge and after 5 minutes he rudely demanded $245. After telling him how we feel that's a ridiculous price he gave us attitude and became totally unprofessional. He just started to rant about who knows what. Save your time don't do business with these guys they have no professionalism whatsoever.
