Riverside Management & Financial Services, Inc. believes that Community Association Management is about relationships as much as it is about budgets, buildings, landscapes, parking and pets. When these relationships are allowed to develop in a spirit of understanding and respect---even though disagreements about policies and procedures are to be expected---a community of homeowners can succeed in meeting its obligations to its members and in fostering a real sense of community. This is what Riverside strives to achieve.
Services
Riverside Management & Financial Services, Inc. was founded in 1978 as Riverside Property Management and began managing community associations in 1983. Riverside currently manages 70 such associations ranging in size from 6 units to over 1600 units with sales prices from $150,000 for a condominium to well over $2,000,000 for a custom home.
Our local Management Team (Jacob, Brittany and Nicci) have become valued members of Harlan Ranch Community Association. They are actively involved and committed to doing their best as if this was their own community. Because they are local natives, they are able to understand the Central Valley Culture and tap into local businesses for the benefit of our residents and community.
You will receive the status of your application within two weeks of applying for approved status. I can't say enough about the staff of Riverside Management. The service they provide to us (as their customer) is the absolute best. They are always prompt and professional, the experts at Riverside Management take care of it so we can take care of business.

Beware!!! It is unbelievable and disheartening how incredibly unprofessional the representative that I have dealt with at this association has been. Kathy has been a nightmare in the way she conducts herself and represents this company.
She has caused us so much grief and anger in her manner in speaking and contacting us, harassing and discriminating. Rather than respecting and protecting, she is demanding and condescending. She even said that she acts this way to get people to listen. I recommend that anybody who is interested in doing business with his company having them represent any association

They found me in violation of one of my CCRs. I admitted to it and corrected the problem. A few months later they sent me a second letter saying I violated the rule again and attached the same exact picture from the first letter. I called (which I’m still surprised they actually answered) and they said they sent the second letter by accident and that it was because of their new automated system (how does that even make sense?). They lady never even apologized and she said someone else was going to call which they never did.

Very difficult to deal with. Rarely answer their phones and it takes sometimes weeks for them to approve maintenance in their complexes. So why two stars? Because on two occasions when there was a truly serious issue, they did respond in a timely or professional manner!
The first incident occurred when a tenant in my complex threatened me with physical violence. i simply smacked the keypad outside, which most tenants always do since it would usually help it work better. This crazy loon comes out and pulls a knife on me telling me not to hit the callbox *with every other word being the F word*
