Tried to keep my computer and not give it back to me because I refused to pay the “diagnostic fee”. They didn’t know exactly what was wrong with it,they didn’t even turn it on because I brought the wrong power cord. I’m not paying if nothing at all was even done, no diagnosis was given.
That’s ridiculous and extremely unprofessional.
Police had to be involved for me to even get my laptop back from them, and no I DIDNT PAY A DIME when they got there because it was obvious the services they claimed they had done was a lie, a scam essentially to get as much money out of you as possible

My laptop had misbehaved for a couple of years. I just let it go and borrowed my daughter's when needed. Then I scored a new job and was in dire need of my own computer. SurePoint IT to the rescue. IT Solutions never disappoints! They have always been willing to help out no matter the issue. I’ve referred many folks to them and everyone has been completely satisfied with the services provided. I purchased my daughters Surface Pro from IT Solutions last year. Mike was very helpful in helping me make the right decision to meet my daughters needs for her personal computer. Mike and his staff are amazing! If you're a smaller company that doesn't have a dedicated IT department SurePoint IT is the best solution! They make sure we are compliant with all the laws and regulations and have set up a system where our computers are constantly monitored against threats of viruses and crashes that could cripple my business.
