Quality Air Care New York has what it takes to get your home or building's HVAC system cleaned like nobody else. Get in touch with us and see why all of New York's top contractors, HVAC companies, and estate managers call QAC for air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, disinfection, mold remediation, water damage restoration and more.
Avoiding air duct cleanings can cause a lot of critical problems including musty odors, mold growth, poor heating, ventilation, and air condition (HVAC), and a number of health problems such as allergies and respiratory issues. Luckily, here at Quality Air Care, our technicians have the training and knowledge to professionally maintain your duct system so that you and your family can enjoy the advantages of healthy and clean air.
Did you know that dryer vent fires are one of the leading causes of house fires in the U.S.? Dryer vent cleaning is critical! We usually have a dryer vent installed and then never think of it again. However, while we are ignoring our dryer vents, they are busy accumulating lint and other fibers.
Without dryer vent cleaning, the accumulation of lint and fibers can lead to airflow restriction, which then leads to your dryer vent motor having to work harder.Working your dryer vent motor harder means the motor will run hotter, which can then lead to the highly flammable lint catching fire. Experts recommend dryer vent cleaning at least once every 12-18 months.

Quality Air Care (QAC) technicians are experts at water damage restoration, and your QAC water damage restoration team is trained and equipped to handle every facet of protecting you, your family, and your home from the worst effects of flooding. The first step in water damage restoration is to stop the flooding.
Mold can occur anywhere. From behind baseboards to on attic walls and everything in between, mold can spring up. But sometimes, mold growth may not be in plain view. If your home or business smells moldy but you can't see the source, or if you know there has been water damage and health problems are the problem, there may be hidden mold.

I'm just so impressed all around. Everyone is courteous and helpful and goes the extra mile to get the job done and to make me feel comfortable all along. The team has a "we got this" attitude and does not use fear at all. I feel really happy and blessed that I found QAC and had you come do our mold removal.
