The statement of sealing the walls has replaced the once used statement of "sizing the walls". Today, instead of sizing, we apply a wallpaper primer sealer. The purpose of sealing the walls is two fold. First, it allows the wallpaper adhesive on the back of the wallpaper to dry slowly allowing for a better bond.
We would like to commend Riley Paint & Wallpaper for an outstanding job painting our house. Michael worked swiftly and skillfully to get the job done while keeping the work area neat and clean. He ensured that, at the end of the day, we were happy with our choice of colors. We found their work to be of very high quality and our price very fair for all the work done.

My wife and I had a small but complicated wallpaper project we wanted to do in our home and we did not want to attempt it ourselves. We had Riley Painting and Wallpaper do it and we couldn’t be happier with the results! They were very easy to work with and the work exceeded our expectations! We will not hesitate using them in the future for any painting or wallpaper needs we don’t want to tackle ourselves. Thanks to Michael and Michael for a job well done!
