Our beginning started in 2016 when Stephan Fiallos decided to launch 87 Innovations after working at several digital marketing agencies in the U.S. and overseas. He combined his experience in the performance marketing world with his real estate background to offer services that will help agents and real estate professionals be seen and heard in today's digital world.
Professional real estate photography is essential when listing a home for sale. Listing photos can ultimately help buyers decide whether they want to schedule a showing or not. It all starts with the equipment. Our team uses cameras with a minimum of 20 megapixels and wide angle lenses that cover the complete space we're capturing.
Do you have a warehouse, retail space, restaurant, office building, or multi-family units for sale? Our commercial real estate photography package is perfect for you. We typically turn around photos with 24 hours and drone photos are included (when permitted). Photo packages have a flat fee of $249.
Aerial photography and videography has given new perspectives not possible in the past. Our 4K drones enables us to show a complete property in one shot. We can also show the property lines and surrounding areas. Drone photos give you a real view of the the distance between a home and surrounding landmarks.

They produce outstanding results and are very professional.
