Services
Applied Industrial Flooring is your full-service epoxy floor coating contractor specializing in epoxy, polyurethane & resinous floor coatings, commercial concrete polishing, resurfacing, crack injection, slab stabilization and lifting, as well as waterproofing & sealants for vehicular and pedestrian traffic-bearing surfaces serving all of Canada.
As with every coating solution, the most integral piece of every application is surface preparation by way of concrete resurfacing. This includes the detailed removal of damaged and/or deteriorated parts of the substrate concrete and any previously applied coatings, ensuring a fortified bond to the clean substrate, and the success and extended lifespan of every flooring solution thereafter.
In the most extreme and high-wear environments, a high performance troweled overlay offers vastly improved wear capabilities. These are typically 1/4 thick troweled floor systems for heavy duty or extreme environments. This solution is created with a blend of high-performance polymer resin with custom blended aggregates.
Your concrete floors are designed to be strong and long-lasting. Concrete is also porous by nature, meaning dirt, oil and washdown chemicals can be absorbed, degrading your concrete floors prematurely, and making sanitation difficult thereafter.

In an active facility, your concrete floors aren't just tread on, they're victim to routine wash downs, chemical attacks (acids, alkali, and other solvents), high-weight or impactful equipment, thermal shock, as well as high-traffic.We install the most heavy-duty, seamless industrial epoxy flooring systems on the market.
Concrete polishing is a simple, cost effective process that works with the uppermost layer of both old and new concrete floors to micro-buff worn, unattractive concrete floors into a final pristine finish, adding beauty and value to your facility.

At less than half the cost of other flooring solutions (between $0.31 and $0.37/square foot per year), the process of concrete polishing mechanically and chemically seals the pores in the concrete, inhibiting penetration of oil, water, and other contaminants. In turn, concrete becomes harder, denser, dust-proof, and extremely simple to clean and maintain.
