The community has grown to associate the Champion name with caring and compassionate service. We recognize that families grieve differently and have the need to memorialize their loved ones in personal ways. We also understand that the emotions of loss are unique to each individual. You are not alone with Champion.
We are here to help. Losing a loved one is always difficult, emotional, and overwhelming. At this stressful time, family members are suddenly forced to make many important decisions alone. This is only one reason why it may be important for families to consider planning their funeral ahead of time.

Services
Losing a loved one is always difficult and emotional. At this stressful time, family members are suddenly forced to make many important decisions alone. Experiencing a death, along with the need and want to make good decisions within a short period of time, may leave families feeling overwhelmed. This is only one reason why it may be important for families to consider planning their funeral ahead of time.
No two families are alike and no two funeral plans are alike. That is why so many families today are choosing to plan their funerals in advance. Why? Because having the time to explore options, make personalized choices and choose funding plans makes good sense. Today, you have the opportunity to create a meaningful service that your loved ones will remember for a lifetime.
The number of people choosing cremation has increased significantly in the past few years, yet cremation carries a long tradition and remains largely unchanged. Cremation simply expedites the process of reducing a body to bone fragments through application of intense heat. What is done before or after the cremation is up to the survivors, or up to you.
A funeral represents a purposeful opportunity to reflect on the meaning of a life that has been lived and to determine the impact of that meaning for the family and friends. There is no single proper funeral service. It is a time for human sharing in its deepest sense. You and the ones you love are at the very center of the process, and the choices you make will determine its significance for you.
When a death occurs in your family, you will be faced with important tasks and decisions during a very difficult time. You may not know what to do or when to begin making arrangements. Bearing the responsibility can be overwhelming. Remember that you are not alone. We are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to assist you with the details and offer our guidance.

Recently I was asked who my biggest support system was when my daughter passed away? Without a doubt in my mind, my answer was Shawn and Johnny at Champion Funeral Home. Those girls went above and beyond with everything! They truly care and I am so grateful that they were there for me in my time of need.

Do not use Champions. My cousin, John Champion passed away, but before he died Don Knievel, the Montano's and the owner of Champions took advantage of John, stole all his antique guns under guise that they would sell them for him and set up a funeral plan. Our family hired an attorney. John's wishes were to be cremated. Champions held him for three days then they had a funeral without any approval the family. We filled a complaint with the state's Bd of Funeral Directors. We won.
