The interdisciplinary team members will collaborate with residents, patients, families, and staff to develop an individualized plan of care for each resident and patient.

The interdisciplinary team works with the attending physician to develop an aggressive rehabilitation program and ensure the complex medical needs of the patients are addressed and a comprehensive plan of care is developed to help these patients return to their normal level of functioning as quickly as possible.

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) are the heart of our general nursing and restorative care programs. They focus on providing care and comfort while striving to enhance the joy and dignity of life. Our restorative CNA assists residents in achieving their highest level of practical functioning, while our psycho-social CNA helps our activity director in presenting an array of social events and recreational activities.

I HATE THIS PLACE WITH A PASSION I WISH I WAS WEALTHY WHERE MY MOTHER WOULDNT HAVE HAD TO EXPERIENCE THIS. THESE PEOPLE SENT MY MORHER TO DIAYALISIS WITH THIS FOR BREAKFAST 😩. THANK GOD SOMEONE AT HER DIAYALISIS WAS ABLE TO NOTIFY ME AT WORK .. MY MOM CRIED . THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT OUR LOVED ONES AT ALL. PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY MEMBER THERE . I HATE IT

The worst rehab facility in all of Broward!! If you care about your family and friends do not ever use this place. Almost caused my father to lose his leg after getting clots from not receiving his anticoagulation medication. Then after he was transferred to the emergency department they lost his belongings including his cell phone. Nothing but thieves and inept caregivers at this place…Beware!!

This center is disgusting. The way they treat their patients is horrendous. This place does not even deserve a one star rating. I feel so bad for the people who stay here and the families. My grandfather is here right now and they leave him sitting in his own blood/urine all day and me and my grandmother have to clean him up ourselves. they don’t even acknowledge you and they ignore you. If you ask them to bring a blanket or water they will say yes and they won’t show up for 3 hours. My grandfather had a towel as a blanket because they didn’t give him a real blanket. My dear family member was here for several weeks. His money and his clothing all mysteriously kept disappearing. They seem to just jumble everyone's clothes together in the laundry and then redistribute as they see fit; how degrading that you can't even wear your own clothes. And the money?? Well, they just all look dumbfounded about that. Skilled nursing? Hardly. If you can't check on your loved one, they certainly won't unless you keep after them. I'm going to file a complaint with the state when I'm done with this mess. Stealing from such disadvantaged souls is really LOW.
