On Friday 10/22 we were rear ended while on our way to Westbrook. We contacted AAA and they in turn contacted Mal’s. They contacted me right away to let me know a wrecker was on the way. Our driver was Melvin and we could not have asked for a greater person to work with. He knew that the haul would be across CT, about 60 miles and delivered the damaged Durango and passengers to our home town body shop. Mal’s is a quality company with good people representing them. Thank you Mal’s and Melvin.

Their driver Brandon was super helpful and knowledgeable. I was stranded at a gas station after just picking my car up from a different shop, my car would not go into gear. He came and within minutes knew what the issue was ( shifter cable bushing was broken) and was able to help with a temporary fix so I was able to drive the vehicle to shop I use. I’ve had them before through AAA and they are always very professional and great at their job!!! Highly recommend

I was serviced by Dominic out in the woods of Haddam. He showed up on time and took care of my issues right away with a smile. On the ride back to the shop Dom had excellent stories that passed the time and this day went from being a headache to a blessing in disguise. Thank you Mal’s Auto!

My insurance sent them to change my tire. He was there timely and very professional. However, he broke one of the studs while changing the tire. He blamed the person before and said it was already broken. But I watched him remove the lug nuts, he completely removed 4 out of 5 and then forcefully attempted to remove the last one.
He fought it putting one back on opposite side but it was too late and it broke.
At the moment, I didn't say anything so it was maybe my fault for not speaking up. I didn't imagine he needed guidance removing a tire.

We were heading home from a month long trip with our RV and had a blowout at 2am on 95 with one of our trailer tires. Mal’s was there within 20 minutes of my call and the technician (didn’t catch his name) was unbelievably helpful and professional. He had the tire swapped out in less than a few minutes and provided some helpful advice of things to pick up to carry with us in case it ever happened again we’d be able to do it ourselves should we need to. Cant say enough positive things about them!
