We had the best experience with Hook Crane. They coordinated and flawlessly executed the move of our 7,000 pound 12x16 art studio and 10x12 Tuff-Shed across town to our new home. They said they would arrive at 7 am and at 6:58 I heard them rumbling onto our street. Tracey was great. Paul was great.The crane teams were masters--relaying hand signals around the corner and safely and expertly landing our art studio precisely where we had marked--from over 100 ft away, blocked vision, landing within a quarter of an inch.

This entire crew ROCKS! After no less than 20 phone calls to try to get a 10x16 shed moved, I was referred to Hook Crane. Tracy was a true pleasure to work with. With in one day, the Shed was in my new location. Every issue we had, she had a solution to. I to have worked sales and customer service most of my working life, about 50 years, and it was such a pleasure to find someone who know and values their customers and future customers. Can't thank this entire team enough!

Fantastic Crane Services. They do mostly commercial however the do offer 24/7 services in a pinch for residential customers. Someone was spreading rumors that they had gone out of business however not the case. Recently they have acquired more cranes and strategic partnerships to provide better services.

Hook Crane was exceedingly professional in assisting me on a recent project. There were many challenges. Even coordinating the ETA just right with the trucker is not easy, esp., when you're over 2,300 miles away, as I was. Upon seeing the pictures of my 40 foot high cube shipping container (over 31,000 pounds) and the RV parked so close to my container, I knew I needed a real professional. In a very short time, Hook Crane arrived, lifted the 31,000 pound shipping container and quickly positioned it onto the semi trailer, and that was it. Just another day for Hook Crane.
