My girlfriend and I both got pierced here about 6 months ago. Neither of our piercings healed well at all, and we both have experience successfully healing piercings. Soaked them in salt water, kept clean, didn't move jewelry or sleep on piercings, etc. Both of us have been struggling to get our piercings to heal and I think we are finally at the point where we just have to give up and remove the jewelry. Extremely disappointing and a huge waste of our time and money. DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING PIERCED HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Came in last week to get some new jewelry for my nose piercing. I was helped by Shelley. She was so so sweet and super helpful! She placed my new jewelry in for me because I had been without any jewelry in my piercing for a few weeks. I will definitely be coming back for more piercings done by her and would recommend her to a friend.

We came to Ventura for the weekend and on a whim decided to get my daughters nose pierced. Right when we entered the tattoo shop we were greeted and asked what our interest for coming into the shop was, which was nice. Once we stated a piercing Lily was right there to talk to us and took our temps for safety measures. She was knowledgeable and a damn good piercer. The piercing was fast and she went over all the safety protocols for the nose piercing. After our visit I know why this place came with good reviews. Thank you Lily and the team. Next visit we may stop by for another one, who knows.

I can't recommend Elisa enough. Not only is she an amazingly talented artist, she's also so thoughtful and considerate with her clients. She doesn't make you feel rushed or like you're wasting her time while you're trying to figure out the right spot or asking about small last minute changes to your tattoo. You really get the sense that what's most important to her is that YOU love what she puts on your body, not just what will look good in her portfolio. I made an appointment with Elisa without much of an idea of what I wanted to get other than a traditional butterfly tattoo. On the day of the appointment, she had drawn up a few different options for me, and went above and beyond to really put her artistic touch to the design. I went with one of her suggestions, and I'm so glad I did. It's one of my favorite tattoos and I get complimented on it almost every day! Super clean straight lines and executed amazingly. She was so sweet and took extra care to make me comfortable throughout the entire tattoo.

Billy was awesome and took my vision of what I wanted and made it into something more than I could have imagined. My husband and I lost our first baby early on and I wanted something to honor our little one, but I also wanted something to look to on my bad days. Billy was genuine and comforting, so much so that I let him take the lead on wrapping up the piece to make it pop. He really outdid himself and after we left, my husband and I had an emotional moment of what this piece meant to us. Was looking for a place to get my 9 year old daughter's ear pierced. The Ink house was recommended by a friend who owns a tattoo shop but they don't do piercing. So glad we chose this place. The staff was super-friendly, professional, and did a great job not only with the piercing but also how Cait dealt with my very nervous daughter. She explained how to take care of her ears afterwards, and was just overall great. Thank you Ink House for taking care of my girl.

As an infectious disease physician, I can definitely vouch for the cleanliness/sanitation at The Ink House. You know its safe if thats where I am getting my tattoos!

It is now almost 2 yrs from my original post. I went back to Ink House for another tattoo because I remember the good experience before. I had Billy this time and he was awesome. They were able to take care of me quickly. He has a steady hand and made sure it was just right. I 100% recommend Billy

I had wanted my nose pierced for a while. Just happened to be in the area. Found The Ink House here on Yelp and noticed that Jazz had some great reviews! I checked out the website and her personal instagram and saw that she had many, many happy clients! I contacted her the day before and she was super helpful and quick to respond.
When we arrived the next day there were several people waiting to get pierced. But even with her being so busy, she was prompt at answering my texts before we arrived. I waited maybe 15-20 minutes, filled out my consent form, and she even asked me about metal allergies

Patient, Professional, Clean and Good work
Did a walk in on Monday of this week and I am very happy with the results. I worked with Nancey, who was patient and helped me understand what I was looking for with my tattoo. I got a small piece, but he took the time to make sure it was what I truly wanted.

Great people and atmosphere. Everyone is professional, helpful, and outgoing. The crew will make you as comfortable as possible and go at your pace. The shop is clean & organized. 4 years ago I started getting tattooed by Tyler from my right sleeve then back piece, chest and finally left arm. Tyler truly always 100% of the time had wonderful service and great respect for me.
