It is Camp Calvary's mission to provide a spiritual atmosphere by training campers to be fully equipped as mature Christians. Examples to the world, they will lead the lost to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. We believeGod designed marriage as a unique conjugal relationship joining one man and one woman in a single, exclusive, life-long union, and God intends sexual intimacy only to occur within that relationship.

Alan & Vickie Cooper love Camp Calvary! Both attended Camp Calvary as campers in the 60's and they have been living, working, and serving in the Camp ministry since 1989. Alan oversees and manages all aspects of the Camp while Vickie spends most of her days in the kitchen cooking for the Campers. They both love their jobs and wouldn't want to do anything else!
Each year some of our campers will come down with a case of homesickness. This is perfectly natural for children who have not spent much time away from home. In the event this happens our staff will stay with your child until such a time that they feel better. We will not force any child to stay at our week, but we do encourage them to try and stick it out with us.
