WeDRY did exceptionally good work in both of our homes for mold remediation. They went above and beyond over and over again without me having to ask. The men, without exception, were all very kind too. Mike headed up the work in both of our homes and he was such a pleasure to work with. Had a very bad experience with another clean-up and restoration company based in Dearborn (which was Servpro-Dearborn who I do NOT recommend - see my Yelp review about them). However, weDry Restoration were much more attentive, better priced, did a much better job, and were friendlier.
They were very understanding to the needs elderly parents's flooded basement the area recently had. My parents are in their 80's, and, could not have been more happier with weDry Restorations, and neither could I.

We had a small water leak as a result of a broken washing machine (where water went from the first-floor laundry room into the basement). The weDRY owner and team are highly professional, and were able to take care of this issue quickly and efficiently by drying out the moisture from above and below. Everyone was very polite and they did their job extremely well, with attention to detail. I'll definitely work with weDRY again and recommend their services to others. Great service!

Our experience with weDRY was truly amazing. The horror of a total flood in our walkout lower level was quickly responded to, handled professionally and throughly. They dotted all the i’s and crossed all the t’s. They also did an excellent job corresponding with our insurance company/adjuster. We cannot say enough wonderful things about weDRY!

If I could give weDRY 10 stars I would! Finding out that you have high levels of mold in your home is definitely shocking, but I am so thankful that weDRY could help. weDRY was nothing short of amazing from day 1. My first conversation with Vince about my initial air test result was very comforting. Vince was thorough and really knew how to make you feel a little better about a less than ideal situation.

"If I could give them six stars I would. If you need a service like this, you are already going through a rough time. I can't say enough about each and every employee. The price was fair. The communication was superb. The crew was always on time, polite, hard-working, and gentle with my belongings. They were very understanding when there were emotional moments when precious things had to be destroyed. The crew leader Mike, was extremely professional, was instructive with his crew, and went above and beyond for me in so many little ways. No request that I made was denied. Knowing that I've had mold in a room in my lower level for the 8+ years I've been here, I decided it was time to get the air tested. In doing so, it was found that the spore levels in the lower level were very high and somewhat high in the rest of the house. I contacted WeDry based on their outstanding reviews. Vince (the owner) came to review the situation, explain what the process would be to remediate and to give me a quote. Vince is extremely knowledgeable and made me very comfortable about using WeDry, so I contracted them on the spot.

Had a water leak from an above unit that caused some severe damage, including mold. Vincent's team immediately was communicative regarding the entire process from mold remediation, scheduling, to repairs. Amanda kept me well informed, handled my insurance company and HOA requests, and walked me through step by step what needed to be done. For such a potentially substantial home repair, I couldn't have been happier with the experience!

I wouldn't recommend another restoration company if I was PAID. My husband and I were blown away by the level of customer service and how much the entire company cared about our (comparatively small) flood.
These guys were out on Christmas Eve at 11:30pm and there for us for hours that night. Each member of the team cared for our things as if they were their own, from start to finish!
The culture and values of the company was apparent from the first call.

First up, they did do their job in cleaning up my mother in laws basement. I called numerous places, and Drymedic was first to respond. I needed it done as soon as possible because of her failing health. I was quoted $3000 and I figured that was reasonable. Final bill was $7200, which they only charged her for what AAA would cover...$5000. That left me with no money to re-carpet and cover the bottom half of the walls that were cut out.
I started the process today of measuring and reinstalling the toilet and vanity. I found damage to the walls in the bathroom, the vanity was cracked on the bottom
