I absolutely love Dr. Fidino and her staff. Instantly, I felt comfortable and welcomed. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and addressed all my questions while walking me through the process of my procedure. I love New U, everyone is so so kind and tangible in their mannerism. They answer every question after question you have. The doctor takes her time, she wants to make every minute count, most importantly she listens, they all listen and do everything in their power to help you. I have struggled to find a doctor in town that I not only feel comfortable with but is able to explain what is happening to my body without me having 1000 questions after I leave. Dr. Fidino has great energy and is as smart as she is kind.
The entire staff is so welcoming, I have not had one bad experience. I highly suggest not only the women’s health services but the aesthetic services as well.

I started seeing Dr. Fidino almost 10 years ago, and I have never been happier or trusted a provider more. Dr. Fidino is a great listener and has always treated me with compassion and care. I love her new clinic! It is a comfortable and glamorous one-stop shop for all things women's health! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend the IV vitamin bar!

I have been going here since the clinic first opened. I am always met with the friendly staffs when I walk in. With a background in clinical and hospital quality/risk management, quality care and service is very important to me and this is why I choose to go here because it is always what I get. Dr. Fidino is professional and is always open to answer questions and address any of my concerns. I never have any problems getting on the schedule. With my busy schedule, I need flexibility and the office is always good at making accommodations for me.

I chose New U Women’s clinic because Rachel had pretty much perfect reviews - and I see why! From the minute I walked in to the minute I left- the appointment was great! Super friendly front desk staff, super beautiful and inviting decor in the waiting area. I was quickly taken back and the MA was so friendly. Rachel came in shortly after and was so personable, knowledgeable, listened to my questions, helpful and we have a game plan in action. Super thankful to have found this spot! Highly, highly recommend it!
