Services
PUSH Personal Training sessions are 100% all about you. Your PUSH Personal Trainer will assess your fitness level and then create a workout program that will help you reach your fitness goal. A PUSH Personal Trainer will guide you through 30-Minute training sessions. Incorporating various exercises with continuous movement to keep your heart rate in optimal fat burning range.
One hour of functional exercises that are designed to improve cardiovascular endurance, strength and increase flexibility. Yoga improves flexibililty and overall well-being through a variation of poses which complement each other to flow in a seamless manner allowing you to clear your mind of the hustle and bustle of every day life.
I have been training in the Fox Valley since 1999. Prior to PUSH, I owned and was the sole trainer for Bielmeier Strength & Fitness, which provided in-home training to clients. Working 16-hour days just wasn't making sense so I needed to find a way to save myself time and still provide my clients with the best personal training.

Push Personal Fitness has been an awesome experience for me. The work outs are top notch. The environment is cleanly and intimate. The facility is geared towards personal training, so it is normally just you and a trainer on the premises. Which I love because it allows me to focus on my workout. There is a wide variety of exercise equipment which keeps the exercises fresh and exciting. The workouts are flexible and customized to fit your fitness level and goals. Derick is an awesome trainer too. He is very knowledgeable and a great motivator. I highly recommend him.

I have been working out with Derick and Vicki at Push for over 5 years. I've worked with other trainers in the past and my workouts with them at Push are by far the most challenging and keep me motivated to come back for more.
