We are dedicated fee-only fiduciaries. When Sovereign Capital Vantage, Inc. was formed, a great deal of thought was put into our structure. Once the options were all considered, our choice was clear. We registered the corporation as a Registered Investment Adviser only, and not as a broker dealer representative.

This structure allows us to operate as fiduciaries for our clients, legally governed by the best interest standard - placing your interests even before our own - rather than merely operating under a "suitability standard". Only about 8% of all financial advisors choose this path. We invite you to ask us why we believe this is important.

We conduct our business according to a Code. Our Code is based on the guiding principle that the interests of our client are the top priority. Our officers, directors, advisors, and other employees have a fiduciary duty to our clients and must diligently perform that duty to maintain their trust and confidence.
Managing assets could be as simple as helping a client roll over an old 401k from a prior employer, or could involve multiple personal, family, inherited, beneficiary and business accounts. Protecting and Growing your assets is our aim in Wealth Management. Planning takes many forms including Retirement Planning, Estate Planning, Educational Planning and Divorce Planning.
We are a fee-only financial advisor - 100% fee-only. Unlike many financial advisors, Sovereign Capital Vantage wealth advisors are fiduciaries for our clients, and we put that in writing with our Fiduciary Promise. We will make recommendations only after understanding your investment objectives, financial situation and concerns.
You ultimately determine our process: How involved do you need or want us to be? How complex is the situation you need help with? At what stage of life are you in? Our process begins with getting to know you and your goals, and making sure you understand our business. First we will determine what level of help fits your situation, then we'll get started.
