I've taken my family to Seacoast dermatology (Portsmouth) on and off for years, with three kids there is always something going on. Always had a good experience, until today. My son's primary doctor said to get appt first w/dermatologist then they will send referral. I made an appt online for seacoast dermatologist., that was easy, 10 min later a very rude office person called me. She told me she has to cancel the appt., that I need to get a referral then make the appt. She was very abrupt about it, didn't seem to care if I take my business else where.

Have had many visits with this practice! Have had several precancerous and cancerous lesions on my face treated. Two needed the Mohrs procedure. Dr Dinulos performed the Mohrs procedures and did a fantastic job . The scars are minimal to none. All of the staff are professional without being stuffy. Dr Dinulos has excellent credentials as well as the group! I travel now up from RI to receive any treatments or concerns that need attention. I highly recommend them without hesitation!

Very unsatisfactory experience with this practice. At my annual exam, they identified several pre-cancerous spots on my face. Treatment would result in blisters that would take up to six weeks to heal. I have had this treatment twice before at another dermatologist in a different state, so I knew what to expect. I had to wait until I had a time when I had no important work meetings, travel or social engagements, and I returned for the treatment. A day later, I left a message because the treated areas were not reacting at all - no color change, no tenderness, even when I touched them. A tech returned

The actual medical care is good and I have no complaints there but I have literally never been seen on time. I always end up sitting in the waiting room for at minimum 40 minutes and it is not unusual to wait for over an hour. I've seen other patients complain about their wait times more times than not and I have also given feedback to the receptionists. It would be nice if they would give the patient a call to inform them that they are running so far behind so that you can plan your day accordingly and perhaps come to your appointment later so that you don't waste so much time sitting
