When you first come into our store, we'll greet you and ask a few questions, just to get an idea of where to start, so you're not overwhelmed with all the choices.

What a fantastic experience with "Sleep On It"! I needed a new firm mattress that was firm due having serious back problems and also due to being able to feel the springs starting to come thru in my old mattress. After a 2 weeks the new mattress that I purchased started sagging on both sides and felt like I was in a bowl. There was no support for my back. I contacted the store and the owner/manager came to my house and we both agreed it was within the warranty allowance so I didn't do anything at that time. 3 months later I contacted them again sending them a picture of the sag and it was over

Called Sleep On It in Waynesboro yesterday. Earnest came over at lunch time and looked at our son's 7 year old mattress to determine if it was defective. Yep! After we found all the paperwork we were informed that we would receive a FULL refund of purchase price. We were advised to apply it to the purchase of a new mattress in order to get a new warranty and selected a new mattress from the store. In about an hour we had a new mattress and applied a $350.00 credit towards the new mattress. Now we have a new with a 12 year full replacement warranty for $170.00 out of pocket. As you can imagine,
