I ordered and paid for a bouquet this morning online to be picked up at 12pm today. My sister went to pick it up and they couldn’t find the order.. an employee told her they were too busy to check their email for orders today and that they couldn’t make the one I had ordered. They gave her 3 options and were being very short with her while she was deciding. They put something together quickly (not even close to what I ordered) and sent her on her way. I’m inclined to think a business would be more prepared for big holidays like this weekend..

This florist nails it every time. The quality and talent has been consistent since the place opened decades ago; there's a reason they are still open today. Judy (the owner) has unbelievable creativity and skills. She did not miss her calling!

What a MAJOR disappointment!! My sister called to order flowers for my mom's 60th birthday and asked for the arrangement to have Gerbers, Day Lilies, and Hydrangea's and wanted to spend around $50. Well, what a surprise when our mom sent us a picture of the flowers she received and they looked NOTHING like what we had asked for!!! The flowers that were requested have a very sentimental reasoning. The arrangement had one rainbow colored rose and two day lilies and that was it, the rest was filler of cheap flowers!! My sister called the florist to voice our disappointment and they were unapologetic
