The company, DJ's Bail Bonds was founded by David Johnston based out of Raleigh, North Carolina in 2011. Mr. Johnston is a North Carolina State graduate from the class of 1998 and is a proud supporter of NCSU. The company began based on a mission to treat everyone in our local communities with respect.

The Johnston county jail is located in Smithfield, NC just east of Raleigh. The court house and jail are located in the center of downtown. The jail and the magistrates office are located on the side of the jail and had a slight slope down where the entrance door can be located. The process to bond someone out in Johnston county is much quicker than Wake county but is still at least a couple hours for total process.
If you or a loved one are arrested in the Pittsboro, NC, area or Chatham County, NC, you face transfer to the Chatham County Detention Center, located at 295 West St, Pittsboro, NC. To avoid being booked into this facility for a long stay, you'll need the services of a bail bond agency. Whomever they have answering calls and dealing with customers have NO KNOWLEDGE ON CUSTOMER SERVICE ESPECIALLY WHEN THE INDIVIDUAL RECEIVING SERVICE IS ONE INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY AND SECOND WHOEVER PAYS THE BAIL SHOULD NOT FEEL CRIMINALIZED. As a person of color dealing with a person of color I find it sad how we treat one another especially in this system that was made to condemn gender hinder and slaughter our rights. DO BETTER. Horrible slummy service.

I couldn’t understand why you would answer the phone with an attitude {VERY RUDE} in this line of work, it wasn’t late at night and it wasn’t super early in the morning actually it was after 9am but the way you answered the phone turned me away and that’s why I’m leaving one star, ended up getting a way better and quicker service from another googled Bail Bonds . One of the best things I can say about DJ is bail bonds is that they were prompt in Wake County Jail there are no listings for bondsman the free phone call rarely goes through to bail bondsman when you need him with DJs I made my phone call set back and before I knew it I was home not only that but he was nice to set up a payment plan that I could work with I would gladly recommend them to any of my friends are my family
