As a small family business, we started as a three-person team, focused on outfitting our local auto, construction and public service workers.

Services
You need to specify the total number of unique colors used across all the elements in your design. You have already used screen printing in this order. To avoid additional screen costs you can re-use an existing screen print design for this product. Your layout contains images that have been resized to the point where they may appear blurred.
The Work Wear Store makes every effort to ship all orders the same day that custom decoration is completed on the order. Delivery times may vary based on mail volume and destination. Please verify that your shipping address is current and correct; we are not responsible for packages that are lost or late due to address inaccuracies.

The quality of their products is top notch. However, I must admit a sour taste exists after a quite poor experience with them.
I placed my order on 9/28, and it had an expected ship date of 10/18. On 10/18, I had heard no updates so I replied back to the email (which went to the manager, Jenna). An Auto reply was received explaining their delays which I am 100% understanding of. The auto reply committed to a response within 24-48 hours.
After hearing nothing back by 10/25, I called up to the store to request an update. The gentleman I spoke with (Cruz?) assured me the order was ready in back

I have been doing business with The Work Ware Store in Saginaw for many years. They do all of our embroidering and much of our screen printing. Their work is consistently very good high quality. Turnaround time on orders is very good. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I appreciate that their people are active in the community and the company gives back to the community making it a better place to live work and play.

My wife used to order her scrubs from here. Their prices are not very high though it is little more than uniform outlet at Birchrun but the extra drive compensates that difference. Store associates are very friendly and helpful here. We had a problem once and they resolved it in a very professional manner.
