Are experience was a challenging one, but the expertize and professionalism made the transaction smooth. I was very pleased with the ease of selling my home by Mike Watson. I had owned it for 25 years and my son was moving out. Mike met with my son and walked through. Mike then called me, since I was out of state, and we talked over the sale, pricing, and logistics. These were all things that I needed to be comfortable to let him manage. We set a price higher than I expected, and the buyer bid over the expected price.

Mike Watson gives impeccable service. He always answers and returns your phone calls, even if at times it may be inconvenient for him. At times when he was assisting our family, he would receive a call and step away to insure the other clients privacy. That made me feel that if I called and he was with another client he would give the same courtesy to me. That’s an integrity issue that’s important. I had an appointment to look at a home he was showing. He unlocked the front door and did not show us around the property. He went to the kitchen and stayed there while we looked. He could not answer any questions regarding the property and was busy with personal phone calls.
He was not friendly and acted bored. I wouldn't recommend using a realtor that worked that way.

In fact I was just about ready to sigbn for a house when Mike suggested another one which I ended up purchasing. Again he was there through escrow and closing.
