If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request that you do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. To be respectful of other guests and their scheduled appointments, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule.
For a missed appointment(s) by arriving too late, by missing them completely, or canceling with less then 24 hours notice, there is a 50% charge of the booked value of your scheduled services.This charge will be added to your next appointment.

Hair Accessories sometimes need the addition of a clip or other attachments to be able to add that special piece to your hair. We offer the service of adding attachment clips to your hair piece. Each are different and upon consultation we can be sure we can add that special adornment to your styling.
Lesser quality extensions have the hair going in different directions, not natural to growth. This will cause the hair to have less of a "real" look and feel. Some extensions even have synthetic strands, not only causing your hair to look less natural but hair color may not take, causing uneven color.
