In addition to our fleet of cargo, horse/livestock, and equipment trailers, Arrowhead Trailer is excited to announce that we are now operating Ridgeway RV's rental fleet of RVs! Lloyd and Rose Bouwman of Ridgeway RV have faithfully served the West Michigan community for 50 years and we are excited to be able to provide the same exceptional customer service and reasonable prices that Ridgeway customers have come to expect.

Delivery to the campsite worked well, although the awning was not set up properly for the rain, it filled with rainwater and nearly collapsed, which was dangerous. Trailer 5 was nothing special, all beds were quite small so not good for tall adults. There was a musty smell throughout. Someone else's dirty clothes had been left in the trailer - yuck. There was also a water leak which resulted in water all over the floor and our belongings and it took a few hours to get someone to fix it. I understand things break etc. but then I was irritated when they charged me $30 for extra cleaning, even though

My wife and I came to Tim looking for some new tires and regular maintenance on our fifth wheel. We gave him a tight timeline as we were last minute on our plans. Tim was exceptionally friendly, his staff was excellent, and he got our trailer done right on time!
Before going to Arrowhead I had asked many people around the area where they get their trailers serviced and Tim was top of the list every time.

We rented trailer #1 last week and had a great experience as 1st time renter with Arrowhead. Needless to say I think we have found a permanent rental company for our future camping trips. The camper was clean, in good working order and ready for pickup on reserved date and time. It was an older unit but worked perfectly, the AC even kept up with the 97 degree days and back to back warm showers. You can not beat the price to rental time in this area. Good, honest people and easy to communicate with. Couldn't ask for better results for our 5 day camping trip. Thanks Gwynn and Tim, sincerely some
