Ella is a fantastic esthetician, who I cannot recommend enough. Ella's customer service is amazing and the results are exactly what I want. My first appointment with her was my first waxing appointment ever. I really appreciated how Ella explained what she was doing and how I should position myself, and I didn't feel anxious or uncomfortable at any time. She even explained how things might feel afterwards, which I appreciated as a waxing newbie. The waxing itself is obviously not painless, but Ella talks with me the whole time and the process goes so smoothly that I can't say it is ever worse than
