8 Dimensions Health Center, located in Reno, NV 89523, is a modern facility where we offer specific scientific chiropractic adjustments. Our goal with this care is to reduce and remove interference from your nervous system, known as subluxations. Your body has an "innate" ability to be healthy, so long as the controlling mechanism, the nervous system, is free from interference.
Because most care we experience is of the traditional variety, a great place to start is to define what is considered to be "traditional care". To decrease muscular spasm/tension and increase mobility/range of motion by way of stretching, rehabilitation and therapy. This is what most are used to when it comes to the care they receive, and we believe that most of these offices and physicians do a great job at what they do.
Following a complimentary consultation, you will be given the opportunity to undergo a comprehensive examination. Unlike some other offices where the exam is done in 15 minutes by someone other than the doctor, this exam will be thoroughly performed by Dr. Hollinger to identify the nature and extent of your condition.
The procedures we use are therefore specifically selected for your spine and nervous system health. There are a couple of things that you should expect when you have a first visit at our clinic. Our Examination consists of a thorough spinal and nervous system exam which includes "Palpation". Palpation essentially is checking your spine by hand.
In simplest terms, a subluxation a.k.a. Vertebral Subluxation) is when one or more of the bones of your spine (vertebrae) move out of position and create pressure on, or irritate spinal nerves. Spinal nerves are the nerves that come out from between each of the bones in your spine. This pressure or irritation on the nerves then causes those nerves to malfunction and interfere with the signals traveling over those nerves.

I have seen both Dr. Dr Cameron Smith and Dr. Russ Hollinger. I have say, they are both exceptional! I came in with an acute headache and neck pain. That is virtually gone within just a couple of treatments. I have chronic upper back pain and that has significantly improved as well and I just started. I am very pleased. If you’re suffering, I would definitely give them a chance. I highly doubt that you’ll be disappointed.

The Dr.'s and staff are the best around! The Dr.'s philosophy, technique and bedside manner are topnotch in my book and I wouldn't trust my spine to anyone else. The staff are very welcoming, professional and kind and the office is clean, relaxing and peaceful.
