They are the only true Energy Efficient Smart Home Builders, in South Georgia and Thomasville. We know it was built true Energy Efficient because we received a HER's certification with our home. Our home got a HER's score of 45, which makes our home extremely Energy Efficient. We are very happy with our new home. We have seen homes around Thomasville, and builders claim their homes are energy efficient NOT TRUE! if they do not have a state certification it's NOT a Energy Efficient built home, also If it is listed in the MLS as energy efficient and they do not have the State Certification They are
