Architectural Art Manufacturing, Inc. (AAM) is an established design and manufacturing company that produces expansion joint covers, trench/access covers, shower doors/enclosures and mirror closet doors. The Carlson Company, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of industrial air clutches, air brakes, clutch/brake combinations, single and multiple position torque limiting mechanical and air clutches, caliper brakes, tension brakes and air shaft seals.

American Tanks' primary products include carbon and stainless steel pressure vessels (tanks). They fabricate tanks up to 14' in diameter, up to 3/4 in wall thickness and weighing up to 40,000 pounds. American Tanks' welders are certified and their vessels are ASME certified.

In addition to plasma cutting, bending and welding, American Tanks' process and manufacturing capabilities include applying or securing protective linings, coating, finish painting, hydrostatic testing, steel grit cleaning, OSHA approved confined space welding and non-destructive examination procedures.

B12 Transportation is the parent company of two operating subsidiaries, Brown Industries and Diamond Coach. Brown Industries is a 69-year-old manufacturer of cargo van bodies, trailers, rail equipment, and custom vehicles. Founded in 1957, Diamond Coach is a manufacturer of medium-sized passenger buses.
