Services
The Physicians at Gateway Foot & Ankle are trained specifically and extensively in all aspects of foot and ankle surgery, diabetic complications, and sports medicine. This training encompasses all of the intricately related systems and structures of the foot including bones, joints, ligaments, tendons, and nerves.
If you have any questions about our office policies, please call (412) 405-8065 during business hours. At our office, we know that your time is important. If you are a new patient, please arrive at our office 20 minutes prior to your scheduled time. If you are a returning patient we ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
Yes, you can download and print the forms on the new patient forms page. Every patient is important to us and we schedule carefully to set aside the time everyone needs to receive the best treatment possible. However, we understand that there may be times when you must change your appointment. If you need to reschedule, please call our office no later than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

I left Gateway because one doctor wan'ted to eat her lunch and sent her assistant to come in and cut my nails.Didn't apprected that. the next doctor didn't believe me when i told him i had a bacterial infection in my toes, he told me i was wrong. I have feelings in my toes and he proceeded to cut and grind, he hurt me and i jumped he became angry and told me i could have hurt his fingers, nevermind that he hurt me. He told me I could come back or go to another doctor, never said anything about my pain or me crying. My toe became infected and it took a lot of time to heal(Iam a

I have been a patient here for many years. Dr. Baer has seen me through several surgeries and was very helpful and knowledgeable through the healing process. He even called me personally the evening of my surgery to see how I was feeling. I have been very satisfied with the care received by Dr. Baer and also Dr. Coppa and Dr. Quatttrone, and completely trust their knowledge and expertise. The staff at both offices (Speers and Jefferson) are very kind and pleasant. I would definitely recommend Gateway Foot and Ankle.
