Every year we hit a few of our favorite farms and then try a new one. Grandpa's cellar was a first for us this year. They do an amazing job and it seems they aren't used to the crowd (maybe they just got more popular recently not sure) we got a frozen apple crisp and a frozen apple crumb pie. Both were AMAZING. They coffee flights brought attention to this place for us but unfortunately they look prettier then they actually taste (reason for 4 stars). Their seating area with picnic tables is beautiful and so relaxing. We will definitely be back next year!

I came here back in October or so, to try out the coffee flights. It was quite a long wait mid-morning. I'd say it was about a 30 minute wait, and probably another 20 minutes for our order to actually come out. I guess it was especially popular because they had been recently featured on the local news and I also heard that some customers found out about Grandpa's Cellar through TikTok. I did appreciate that an employee came out while we waited in line, to let everyone know that they were down a few employees and that they appreciated our patience as we waited in line. Super important

This spot is super cute and tiny! The apple dumpling is amaze balls! What was I thinking not buying a bunch to take home?! Their coffee flights are definitely Instagram worthy but the coffee is just alright. Great experience for the pictures. I'll definitely come back for the apple dumplings and to try their other apple desserts. It's a nice scenic drive but definitely just a pit stop and not an all day thing.

:( I hate to give a small business a bad review, but I came here because of all the hype I've seen on Instagram and on yelp. We did the coffee flight tasting and was honestly pretty disappointing. We tried all 3 flight options and the flavor just wasn't there. They were SO CUTE and I can totally see why it's been blowing up on Instagram. However, the coffees were so watered/milked down and had basically no taste. Honestly, star bucks holiday drinks are way better. Plus, the mugs are super tiny (and are not free or included with the price - please don't steal them!). Together

Stopped by this cute little spot after visiting the pumpkin patch here in apple hill. I saw mixed reviews of this place in the Yelp reviews but decided to try nonetheless.

I guess lines get line here during peak season?? This place apparently has a lot of hype and we felt lucky to come on a slightly rainy day when no one was here but us and maybe one other group of people.

All the staff was friendly and welcoming and it was nice checking out the little store right across from this place.

Here's where the 2 stars come in..

We got to the cafe/ bakery area where they make these aesthetic

Grandpa's Cellar is one of the stops that we made on our day trip to Apple Hill, we came because of the hype over the coffee flights. It was okay, coffee was a little too sweet for my preference. But it was a cute treat to sip on while sitting on the benches outside.
Parking is limited, I'd recommend coming early to beat the crowds

Grandpa's Cellar was one of many highly rated stops at Apple Hill so of course we had to stop by.

Originally, we were drawn to the kitchy coffee flight and to be honest, I highly suggest you spend $10 elsewhere. It wasn't great and the wait for it is also long for subpar coffee. The little baby mason jars were cute though! We also tried the caramel apple slices which suffered a cruel fate as we received it easily 15 minutes before the coffee flight. It died an unfortunate death as we didn't think to consume it sooner rather than later. The caramel was definitely very tacky by the

We came here on Veteran's Day and needed a pick me before our drive back home. I decided to come here to try their coffee flights since someone I know suggested this spot. There was a long line and expected due to the holiday. We waited a good 25 minutes before I was able to order. I ordered the classic and holiday flights. This was definitely worth the hype. If you are ever visiting Apple Hill, do come here to check out the coffee flights. There's a cute gift shop on the left side, there are also picnic tables surrounded by apple trees in the back to enjoy your flights or just enjoy

Stoped by here on the way back from a cold day in Tahoe.

We made it about 45 minutes for closing and made it from the freeway to the parking lot pretty easily. Parking was easy and we were quickly greeted. My husband opted for the coffee flights which were super cute and tasty. I opted for a hot cider which was warm, spiced, and just right.

We brought our dog who enjoyed sitting outside at the tables and exploring the pumpkins around.

We can't wait to come back for some of their pies!

Skip this place because the lines for the coffee and treats were not worth it at all!

The coffee samplers are really fun though. You can get the Christmas sampler which has gingerbread flavor, pumpkin pie flavor, and so on.

We also got a pie, but the pie wasn't exciting at all.

If the lines are short, go for it, but otherwise, don't waste your time.

Saturday, 11/06/2021 - Checked out Grandpa's Cellar and it's such a cute little farm. They have a gift shop a little bakery store and these cute little shots in tiny mugs of different flavor coffees. I liked all of the ones we got. Lol. I'm not that picky. My significant other only liked one coffee flavor. After you drink it, you must return all four mugs and the wooden cup holder back inside where you order the drinks from. I like this place. Check them out!

This is a small and quaint little location that includes a coffee shop/small bakery and a gift shop. My friend recommended their coffee flights, we came the day before Halloween and the line was pretty long but went by quickly. We tried the classic flight and the Christmas themed one. It is $10 per flight tasting , and the halloween one was $10.50. The presentation is wonderful, some of the flavors of coffee were a little watery for my taste but worth trying. My favorite flavor is the mocha, it's nice and strong.
The parking is limited and in between trees, it is one way in and out. If there

Like most people, I came here for the picuresque coffee flights. Their presentation was on point, and I really loved that they had Halloween/Christmas themed coffee flights. But this was one of the those moments where the picture was nicer than the product. It is so sad to say that out of the 8 coffees I tried, I only liked 2. They were very watery and had no flavor. Maybe I had a bad batch, but none of them tasted super different than the other. The intent was there but it lacked execution. The highlight for me was their apple dumpling. I had no idea what it was but asked the cashier. It is essentially

Stopped by here a day before Halloween with my mom! Thanks to Instagram, we found Grandpa's Cellar. I applaud their marketing because it definitely drew the crowd in. The coffee flights were a hit!

We ordered the Classic AND Holiday coffee flights. My mom isn't normally a fan of sweets, but the coffee was just right! We absolutely loved the Apple dumpling! I've never had it before, so today was my first. We also bought a loaf of banana nut bread. Was just so happy to be there!

It's been a rough year, and I'm taking on exploring my town again! Love vacationing in my own

Grandpa's Cellar is super quaint and low key in comparison to many of the larger farms nearby. But what makes the visit here enjoyable is the fact that there aren't the typical crowds that you'd expect at busier farms. They also have an amazing picnic area that's spread out amongst apple trees and redwoods. Can't forget about their tasty iced coffee too! I'm not a big coffee person, but when I saw the pictures of their festive iced coffee on their insta and I knew I had to try it. It did not disappoint.

I actually wasn't planning on coming here initially, but

I really had a hard time finding this place worth the hype. We waited in line over an hour for coffee. The coffee was ok, not worth the wait though. The coffee tasting is really cute though. I give them a thumbs up for presentation.

I also feel for the people working here, they seem short staffed. All really nice people.

Parking is absolutely horrendous. One way in and one way out. It's a free for all and getting out of the tiny lot is a nightmare! If your car has self park it might be slightly better.

Big grassy area and a small shop but not much to do other than drink your coffee and

If you are an iced coffeeholic like I am, these coffee flights are made for you! Note- going to Apple Hill on a Saturday afternoon means you will be waiting in a long line for this, but WORTH it! Grandpa's Classic flight comes with a s'more latte, a caramel latte, a mocha, and a plain black cold brew for $10. The Holiday Flight was Halloween themed and came with an apple butter latte, a pumpkin pie latte, a vampire latte (raspberry syrup, a mummy white mocha latte, and a apple spiced cold brew for $10.50. Everything came on a cute little wood board and served in mini mason jars... so

I've never been to Grandpa's Cellar, but their Instagram posts of their coffee flights convinced my friends and I to check it out!

You order and pick up your food/drink in a very small shack, so it is pretty crowded. There were only two workers making the coffee flights, so we waited over 30 minutes. Half the drinks we did not like the flavor of, but at least we got cute pictures out of it! The apple pie and crisp were pretty standard. Nothing mind blowing.

I wouldn't return nor recommend. The food and drink selections at other locations in apple hill are better.

Instagram got me again. I'm a sucker for drink flights! There just aren't many nonalcoholic drink flights out there so whenever I see one, I have to get it! We tried their Halloween flight and it was yummy! I liked the white mocha and the pumpkin candy corn the best. The raspberry mocha was good, once you mix it up. The apple spice cold brew was a little too bitter for me.

I loved the atmosphere here. They have picnic tables spread out throughout the apple trees so 1) there's a nice balance of shade + sun and 2) you aren't crowded around a ton of people. It was a beautiful

I think this is my new favorite farm in Apple hill. The green apples are sour but also very sweet. The apple spiced cider is to Die for! Omg and the flights are really yummy and amazing. Come here if get the chance to visit apple hill. I heard from the employees that they also have new ownership since last year.

I recommend coming here.
