From start to finish Laine and everyone at Le Dipping Parlor is amazing!!! They were so helpful and patient while my husband and I decided on the right spa for us. Anytime I had a question they were always available and on delivery day they explained everything plainly so that I would be able to run the spa smoothly. Now that our dream spa is here we are in it everyday and LOVING it!!!

I had to wait awhile for my spa to arrive like everyone else these days. When it did, Le Dipping Parlor was top notch. The spa was on my back patio and set up in less than an hour. I was shown exactly how to use it and what chemicals to put in and when. I even had a problem on the second day I owned it which was totally my fault. They sent a technician out the very next business day to fix my mistake, for free. If you want a spa, buy from these guys. They will take care of you even after the sale is done!
