Doctor is very personal and comfortable. But, a limited schedule. The eyeglass selection is small but stylish. They have what is in style and also good selection for hard to fit people. Owner is nice and will go out of the way to customize glasses for the harder to fit people or the big heads as we say in our family. As a former optician I am a bit judgy. Don't rule out this location for the big box stores as this location has stylish and helpful people.

The most RUDE OWNER..."PETER"!! He was screaming at another lady after he hollered at me concerning the Baldwin EMC 25% appreciation discount this week. When making my appointment weeks ago for the Baldwin EMC advertised appreciation week special, Peter told me he would honor the 25% off special as long as my insurance allowed a certain amount towards glasses and not just a percentage of cost. Amazing enough, after my eye examination no one knew about the discount advertised by Baldwin EMC, not even the eye Dr Jeffrey Williams. Very unprofessional business as an whole. I was literally shaking while

I went in to get my yearly contact exam and had a wonderful experience! The doctor was courteous and professional, I did not get charged an arm and a leg, I even purchased some new glasses. The owner himself even helped me, he gave an honest opinion of what glasses he thought looked good and which ones didnt. I was very happy with Hub CIty Eye Care and will recommend them to all my friends and family
