A cancellation made between 3 and 14 days before arrival will be refunded 80% of the reservation cost. A pre-authorization of $300 will be made to your payment method on the day of your arrival and released 2 days after your departure if there is no damage to the home and it does not require excessive cleaning from your stay.
I and my wife, Monika, live in Utah but have been longtime fans of Lava Hot Springs. We stayed at Top of the Town for many years before purchasing it in 2019. We love to introduce new people to Lava, and often would rent the house for four or five different families to share with us! We even got engaged during a trip to Lava over a decade ago.
World Famous Hot Pools - It's what gave Lava Hot Springs its name, after all! The state-run hot pool facility boasts five different pools ranging in temperature from 102 degrees to 115 degrees. The piping-hot spring water flows through the complex at an astonishing 2.5 million gallons a day. The pools are perfect for a relaxing winter getaway.
