Rhonda is a family-law practitioner. She represents individuals involved in divorce, child custody, paternity and child support cases. She also helps people with adoptions and guardianships/conservatorship. Rhonda has been practicing law in the State of Nebraska since 1990. She graduated from the University of Nebraska, College of Business Administration in 1987 and earned her law degree from the University of Nebraska, College of Law in 1990.

In the community, Rhonda serves on the Foundation Board for Community Christian School. She is a member of Soroptimists International of Scotts Bluff County as well as the Nebraska State Bar Association and the Scotts Bluff County Bar Association.
