Services
Waterman's Distillery is housed in a structure of 19th century charm and historical engineering. Three hundred year old hemlock timbers adorn the pegged beam structure built in the 1870's. The German Bank barn is steeped in history and local folklore. Purposefully located on route 434 in Apalachin, N.Y., the distillery is part of America's original moonshine trail established by bootleggers traveling east and west during the prohibition era.
Waterman's exclusive "607 Flavored Spirits" are created in our Apalachin, New York distillery with only the freshest of local ingredients and without artificial flavorings, colors or dyes added. Each unique flavor begins with our 4x distilled grain neutral spirit. Each one has been handcrafted, distinctively created with fresh fruits, vegetables, or natural infusions.
We are currently open for indoor and outdoor seating! Our tables are spaced 6 feet apart, and we are asking our customers to wear masks as appropriate. You may phone in your order to pick up at the distillery, call with a reservation for indoor or outdoor seating, or you may arrive and we will seat you according to availability!

Cozy setting with delicious drinks!! I’m not a big whiskey drinker, but I could drink 607 anytime! Drinks are creative and taste amazing, for a good price too! And the staff is super welcoming and friendly! They have fun events and music nights that are a blast. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to have a good time!

Excellent setting in a restored barn. Great homemade corn whiskey in a few flavors. Nice snacks to accompany the drinks. Joe and Michelle were very friendly and knowledgeable. Joe also gave us a tour behind the scenes. Looks like Thursday's will be music and food nights. Definitely a candidate for best local bar.

Had been itching to swing by and check out the place, and seized my opportunity for their Father's Day brunch. First off, the layout and remodeling of the barn is amazing! Truly a comfortable atmosphere and spacious enough for a decent group of patrons. I had the pleasure of finally trying their Jalapeno Ginger in a killer Bloody Mary. Amazing to say the least. If you're a spicy individual, this one's for you (but is not too overpowering for the faint at heart). My only regret from my visit was that I was unable to take more time to sample the other products they offer. Luckily, I live down the
