If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Where do I begin? I would rather DIE than go to this hospital. Honestly dying in bed would be more comfortable than anything they could offer. I’ve only had to go here once and let me tell you, I couldn’t recommend not going here any more. I’ve been to field hospitals on deployment that were better than this hellish place. Rude staff, absolutely no faith in these “doctors” and “nurses”. I can see where the Med school C students wind up. And it’s here. Save yourself the trouble of this god forsaken place. I do plan to sue this hospital for its

I went to the ER by my drs request on November 10th. I was there from 450pm-130am and majority of that time was spent in the waiting room. I was crying in pain and they did not care at all. When they got me to a room the out me in the bed and left. I didn't see another nurse or Dr for over an hour. The Dr came in and all they did was check my electrolytes and then gave me a shot of morphine and sent me home. They didn't care about my pain at all. The nurse asked me what I was experiencing and I told her and she said she had never heard of that before. She acted like I was faking my pain and how

My overall experiences at WMMC both in May and October were wonderful. The nurses and doctors were attentive and answered all my questions. The only complaint that I have is the discharge procedure and timing. Today the doctor came in and told me I was being discharged and told me he was getting everything ready. That was at 12:20 and I am still waiting. After being here since Monday I do not want to being laying in bed waiting and waiting. As much as I like everyone here I'd rather be home enjoying my grandkids.

A female was in severe pain in the waiting room while the front desk ladies could not stop hysterically laughing at each other. After explaining my symptoms to Dr Dekosky and being put in the first room, I could hear him explaining my symptoms/story to the Nurse and describing it as if I were “all over the place” rather than understanding that I simply didn’t want to leave any information out. (It was a short explanation of my symptoms, btw) The Dr. was snarky the entire time especially when I had quietly mentioned the lady that was in so much pain. The nurse tested me for COVID and explained

I went to the ER for intense stomach pains and the nurses were extremely rude. As soon as i came in i heard the nurses at the front complaining about how long “this” was going to take. There was a nurse that was also very rude to my mom on the phone. The doctor was very helpful and friendly though, unlike the rest of the staff

I chose this hospital to have my daughter at & my experience was amazing. My whole birthing team was so supportive & caring, they looked out for my boyfriend & I like we were family. They included him every step of the way & immediately fell head over heels for our child like we did. They strive to do nothing but the best for their mommies & daddies.

I'm sure for an everyday emergency they provide fine care, however I had an more unique illness going on neurologically, and the care this ER made the other doctors I saw later on shocked. The first visit I was told I was tired, the second the next day I was finally able to get blood work, but when everything came back fine, no other tests were done to ensure my brain was okay. I went to another ER near the cities that immediately gave me the tests I needed and confirmed with me that something more serious was occuring. The doctors were respectable, but I wasn't heard.

I was very pleased with the amount of good service I received. I ended up having to get appendicitis surgery for an inflamed appendix and I was very pleased with how friendly just about everyone was. Dr. Kenny and my anesthesiologist (forgot his name) did a wonderful job explaining my procedure. Laci a RN did a great job but hats off to Marilyn, a CNT, that went above and beyond in taking care of me post surgery. This was my first experience with having surgery and all the wonderful service I received alleviated some of the anxiety I had about it.
