For nearly 35 years Deluxe Design, Inc has been serving New Mexico and beyond. The story begins in owners Norm and Sandys garage. While Jasmine, Justin and Tasha climbed on their fathers shoulders to get board games down from above the work bench, Norman worked day and night to engrave by hand each clients needs into metal and wood to help commemorate achievements and memorialize loved ones.
We have been offering start to finish service for printing projects for 35 years. We start with offering in-house project managers to navigate the entire process. I have used Deluxe Design several times for both large & small print jobs. Their customer service and professionalism far exceeds any other sign shops that I have received quotes from. It's a family run business so I felt like I was treated like a "real" person rather then just another client. I didn't feel stupid asking questions and the graphic designer didn't rush me through the design process. Printing turnaround time and shipping is really fast, my signs have always arrived in great condition and Deluxe has even come through for me on a rush order that I needed

Not sure what the other review is(especially considering it looks like they made an account that day and that's the only review they ever made. seems like a personal vendetta?)
But this place is awesome! They came up with ideas for some merch for my non-profit when I had no idea what I wanted and they were really easy to work with. Every time I went in, I have been greeted with a smile and courteous customer service!
There is a reason they have been in business for over 25 years.
