Dale and I had agreed on a price for a restoration, a long time ago. I paid him half (+) and wanted the work completed before paying the rest of the balance. I had agreed to remove the engine and wasn't able to get there soon, as I was restoring my home. Dale had agreed to park the car in his lot and wait for me to remove the engine, no mention of charges or anything changing while waiting. When I was able to remove the engine Dale said he would be unable to complete the work for what we had agreed on he wanted more than double what I owed him to finish.
