After new tires were installed we drove on to Raleigh. Contacted Frank Catletteto come out and assess the damages. He ordered all parts(J wrap & fender) and when they arrived he installed and made all necessary repairs. This was on them passenger side. After we installed new and larger wheels and tires, we again drove on to Raleigh, NC.

I would recommend Frank's R.V. Repair to anyone needing repairs completed. They went above and beyond when installing our winshield. Only one side was cracked but they checked and insured both sides were completely saled which was more than required by the insurance company. Frank wanted to ensure the job was done properly. Thank you to Frank and Kevin for a job well done.

Was traveling through NC in June of 2020. Realized 5th wheel A/C was out during first night stay. Miserable hot/humid. So as we left campground the next morning we started calling RV repair shops. First 3 said too busy to help. 4th call was to Frank’s. He could have just said “too busy” like the others but he said bring it by. Unhooked, took family to lunch and Wal*Marting. 3 hrs and we were on the road again. Second night in NC was much more comfortable.

My son and I were in the middle of a 9 hour journey in his new 1987 Winnebago when we stopped for dinner at Holt Lake Seafood and BBQ (Good Eats! with friendly people!) Came out an the starter in the thing had taken a nose dive....called Roadside assistance and by the time they got there, and towed us to Franks it was 1am. We spent the night in Franks lot without him even knowing we were coming. Next morning Frank and his two friendly dogs walked by and we approached them. I was expecting a "What the !@#$ do you think you are doing coming into my lot at 1am? Instead we were greeted with a friendly

Frank's is the rare place that does exactly what say they are going to do and gets it done when they say are going to get it finished. We've taken our travel trailer there twice, and it was fixed right the first time and was ready when they said it would be.
Turn around was quick... Less than a week to order and replace an awning, same thing to seal the roof and replace a bad refrigerator in another occasion. Prices were reasonable, they use quality parts and the work was top notch.
I'd highly recommend them.
