5 star doctors working at a 1 star practice.
Medical staff is knowledgeable, efficient and wonderful to work with.
Billing department uses snail mail to bill for money that could have been collected on day of service. Wont call you to let you know anything is due. Just send it to collections. Customer service when you call to get help with an issue is non-existent.
It's unfortunate that such excellent medical professionals are stuck behind an obstinate, poorly run bureaucratic front office.
