Took a new Porsche into Tim to have additional paint protection film added to bulletproof the car. When I arrived to pick it up, it looked as if nothing had been applied. My experience was top level and can’t recommend them higher. If you care about your investment, give them a call/try. I seriously doubt you’ll regret it. Thanks Tim and crew!!!

Made an appointment after doing some research on other shops. Took a couple weeks to get in. That's okay.
I scheduled it first thing in the morning. Had the door windows on my truck tinted. Other windows already had a tint from factory and wanted them to match.
I was in and out in about 40 minutes. Price was reasonable. I am writing this review about a month later from having work done to see how the tint has held up.
No problems. Glad I got it done.

With no exaggeration, Tim and his crew have tinted 10 different vehicles for me over the last 3 years. Never have I left unsatisfied. The customer service, flexibility, and quality is unlike any experience I've had with any tint shop in the past. These guys always go above and beyond. I have never been so disappointed in a "professional" job in my life. There is nothing custom about this, not only as you can see in the pics the detail for cutting around window handle is awful but when they had to put plastic trim on window on one side they did a whole piece then on the other 2 pieces and didn't even get them to line up. FOR SURE will never go back and will never refer anyone here!!!!!!

Recently took my Land Rover to get front two windows tinted. Appointment was super easy to get and they took my car in at appointment time. No wait either time. Customer service; friendly and professional. Car was ready within the hour. Quality tint that matches the shade perfect! Highly recommend for someone that wants high quality tint, craftmanship and customer service at a great price; especially for my Army comrades and Airforce friends as they're mil friendly and offer us a discount. This is absolutely the most awful place with a below-elementary-level customer service.
DO NOT GO HERE. RUN!!!!!!!
I honestly feel so disgusted by their service.
1. Service appointment made 2 weeks prior.
2. Received a confirmation phone call at 1130.
3. Arrived on time: 1300.
4. Told to come back at 1700
5. Arrived at 1630, thinking it shouldn't take 4 hours for a small car
6. Waiting until 1740 because they started at 1630 when i got there.
7. Consequently, rushed the service - poor quality - no clean up whatsoever - ruining the brand-new

Got my windows tinted which i love, I live 45 mins away and i was recommended from my cousin. By the time i get home and it had been a few days i had someone in my passenger seat and the door would not open took my car to the dealership thinking it was a mechanical issue the tech came out and asked if i had recently had the windows tinted.. i replied well yes this weekend he said they didnt re connect the door handle... so i call auto tint and they say i can bring the car in and they'll do it free of charge, well i HOPE they would sheesh so i take my car back down another 45 minutes 1 WAY

I was told that this place had a special of $150 to tint any car, so I called and asked if this applied to my Subaru Outback and the guy said "Yeah, any size car." I made an appointment for the next weekend to bring in my car.

Thanks Auto Tint Northwest for making my 2013 Mazda 3 HB look even better. I called and made an appointment for a Saturday morning and decided during the week that I wanted to have the tinting done sooner and you all were able to fit me in the afternoon on the day I called. Besides a little residual water on the floor mats left over from putting the film on, which dried pretty quickly once I got on the road with the heat on, the ceramic tint on all the windows turned out awesome.
