Staff was on time and polite. However the car was not completely detailed. I got the full package and they said was supposed to be full detail. My car did have stains that was told in advance they will not come off and I understand that. However the seats were not as bad and still have stains. I think for the price I paid I should have a better result. That’s all

The Car Looks Great, But I'm NOT Happy With The Job That The Technicians Did On The Headlights. Passenger Side Looks Good, But The Drivers Side Is Still Cloudy. Tech Showed Me Before & After Pictures & Drivers Side Still Look The Same. Reported It & No Refund or Credit For $20 Per Headlight Offered Just An Apology. Otherwise Was Pleased With The Remainder Of The Job, Lesson Learned....

Small unreliable business, they do not have a physical office, this is an untrustworthy couple that makes customers believe they have many vans working but they only have one that is managed by John Torres, who is the same one who performs the Terrible Detailing service and his partner Victoria Lopez who answers the calls and offers the bad service and prices that I can make the work double the price to pay and then do

This guys really do magic, they fully restore the beige color from my carpets. Never seen them as clean as they are now. 100% recommend!! The staff is friendly, they came on time early in the morning and spend about 5hours with my car. It was ready before noon. I'm really impressed how nice it was the service. They have affordable prices I'll be using them for now on! Thanks John!

Believe it or not, but my KIA is 5 years old and has 100,000 miles on it. One of the best things we ever did was have In Depth Detailing and apply their Ceramic Coating to the paint. It is an unbelievable coating and the gloss is just like brand new. The interior looks awesome no kidding, this car looks brand new inside and out!
